Today I’m giving you a little “inside peek” at two tools that I use in my fitness programming, #1. An interval timer (I even demonstrate how to do the different movements) and #2. A Workout Calendar.

I remember once listening to an interview with Mike Tyson and in it he shared that he doesn’t look at the entire year altogether, just 30 days at a time. If you focus on perfecting a habit to a “t” for 30 days and then the next 30, etc, etc can you imagine where you might be?
