Imagine that you are living in the body of a goddess. Here is a fun yet feminine way to design the body that you want to live in for the New Year.
When you think of the word the body of a goddess, what words do you think of? For me the word that first comes to mind is flawless.
Flawless thighs.
Flawless curves.
A flawless silhouette.
And yes, even a flawless stomach (I’m daring to go there!)
Now in your head imagine an eraser, and in your head your going to “erase” all the parts of you that don’t match up with the flawless idea in your mind. However, your not just going to do this in your head. Your going to do this in real life.
Take a large poster board and on one side in large letters write out the parts that you are going to erase.
For me it would be,
Cellulite.
Dimples in my butt (guess that would be the same as above).
How my thighs shake.
And…
my toes (long story). Hehe, don’t laugh – I don’t want stubby toes I really want feminine ultra cute ones.
Now take a huge red market or red paint and paint an “X” over each of the words. As you place a large x over the name of the body part visualize that part of your body being completely released from your blemishes and returned to being brain new.
How does that feel?
Take note of those feelings, either mentally or jot them down.
And once your done painting a big red “X” over all the words flip the vision board over, and now we are actually going to begin the board.
Write down all the positive words that you felt while “xing” out the unwanted parts.
Release.
Sexy.
Perfect.
Slim.
Free.
You can even use glitter pens if you like to make the words look extra pretty. Now here’s the typical vision board part, either shopping images online, perhaps on Pinterest or buy your favorite magazines from CVS (I’m old fashioned, I still love cutting things out of magazines vs. printing them out). Find women or images who match the feeling of each word. This is what you are going to reach for with each word – the feeling of it. Everyday embodying the feeling of being flawless, the feeling of refreshing your body, the feeling of being sexy. You can even do this virtually and do this online (using Pinterest) however I think that there is a special mind and brain connection that happens when we literally do this with our hands.
Now everytime you look at your vision board you will tap into your own couture, body of a goddess.

Think of each feeling existing as lingerie dresses.
The feeling of being beautiful.
The feeling of sparkling health.
The feeling of delicious curves.
Are all gorgeous lingerie dresses waiting to be worn.
