Sleeping like an angel.
Every woman has her own set of old school Victoria’s Secret wings which is the lace to her body. Sleeping is the time that you rest and renew yourself and unfold them. How you sleep the night before will be the energy that you fly on for the next day. Make your morning and evening ritual a sensual one that completely opens up the softest part of your body. Light candles. Dance. Journal about your day. And go to bed wearing gorgeous lingerie even if the only person who will ever see them is you.
Catching all my lace
“Catching all my lace” is a cute phrase that I use for a special practice that I complete after my workouts (called the Legs of a Goddess). When we exercise we create the most beautiful energy both through and around our bodies. And after we workout a lot of us just walk away. But here’s the thing, and this is going to sound ethereal however our body moves in all different planes and not just simple side to side, and front and back and rotationally. Through dancing after working out and wrapping myself in the energy of my body that I’ve just created.
The Legs of a Goddess..
The goal of every single workout that I do is create a booty that is goals not to men, but to me and to sculpt “the legs of a goddess” while I’m at it too. For a few years now I’ve been adding another aspect to my workout. I say either the word “Yes” or the word “Goddess” as I workout and this lets the energy that I’ve just created through my workout back into my body. There’s so much to our bodies as women that no one knows and it’s also so beautiful to discover that there’s another playbook to the body of a goddess that we as women can create. Also on a mental level it’s refreshing for our bodies to actually hear the word “Yes” from us, how often do we tell her – “Yes your beautiful.” “Yes I see you.” “Yes I heal with you.” “Yes every rep that you are doing is one that is bringing you closer to your health.” For me I feel like life is so much more sexier when instead of forcing my body to fit into a certain mold I curated her like she’s lingerie instead.
Crystals & Lace.
Every morning and evening I touch relaxation points within my body and massage them, giving my body the permission to open up, relax, drop the stress of the day (or in the morning start it in a slower, much more sensual and connected way with my body). And really let my nervous system relax. I keep a jar of coconut oil by my bed and dip my fingers into it before massaging my skin so this way not only am I calming down my nervous system I’m also creating the most kissable skin as I do it. I call this practice massaging my “Crystals into Lace” because the crystals are the tight spots and I feel like lace once the massages are complete.
My secret relaxation points.
Ears: Massage all around the ears, top middle, inner and behind it.
Breath: In a cat cow (or cat camel) position – on my arms and knees on all fours move your hips and spine in an ocean like motion this will look and feel very sensual. Say the word “yes” as you do this, doing this stimulates your vagus nerve which is a part of your parasympathetic nervous system (the nervous system that relaxes your body).
Breasts: Take coconut oil or lotion and massage your breasts going both in towards each other and away from each other – clockwise and counterclockwise motions. * Warning: Massaging your breasts in the “inward” direction towards each other can increase the size of your breasts which is great if you want a natural boob job however if you have a cyst it can grow the size of your cyst. Because of this, this breast massage practice should be avoided if you are currently undergoing treatment or at risk for breast cancer.
Velvet: Using a sex toy or even a finger massage your inner velvet making sure she is entirely soft and any hard points are gently massaged away (be very careful and gentle, and listen to your body about knowing when to stop).
Behind the Sparkle: Using coconut oil massage the area right behind your sparkle. This is a practice created by Krystal the tantric yogi and can be miraculously healing to your body. There are also a lot of nerves in this area, if an area causes extreme pain vs. simple discomfort or if the pain travels to your legs or elsewhere stop the practice.
Ankles: Using lotion (or coconut oil) massage the insides of your ankles.
Feet: Using coconut oil, lotion, or essential oils massage your feet, I usually focus on the following 3 areas however often I massage my entire foot because there are very powerful reflexology points and my calves as well. The three diamond points are:
Instep/ sides of your feet.
Toes of toes (relates to the head and shoulders).
Arches (relates to the scaral chakra).
These three practices put together create the most breathakingly beautiful body in the world. One that brings the senses of living not just in your body but out of it a new way. You will have opened your secret lingerie box and unfolded a lacey set that feels almost goddesslike, and once you do – once you have gently opened up your lingerie I promise that the design that you find inside will take your breath away!
