Welcome to the beautiful story of Asherah helped God create the earth.
When God first created the world it looked nothing like it does now. There were no lakes to rest at, no gorgeous sunrises or sunsets, the birds didn’t sing in the trees, and they were no sparkling blue oceans or beautiful trees to read a book under.
It was really just a mass, a thing, a structure that was grotesque, big, and barren. God didn’t know how to fix it but he knew who would and he went in search of Asherah and once he found her he asked her if she would help him with this new world that he had just created.
Asherah agreed and she came to the earth and created rainbows that came out in the sky as a beautiful surprise after it rained, sang with joy in the sky after it rained, sunsets and sunrises that would take a person’s breath away, rolling green hills and trees to dream under, sparkling blue oceans that stretch as far as we can see.
Whenever we see beauty in out in this world we are seeing beauty that was placed by here by Asherah. And anytime we as women decorate our place, anytime we go into transformation, anytime we add the “sparkle” to wherever we are we as women are tapping into harnessing our inner Asherah. Asherah is feminine energy, and along with how she added beauty to world, we as women are wearing her body (which is a story for another day).
For today though – no matter how dark and dreary the world gets. Also look inside to Asherah. Tap into her. Ask her how not only decorate but how to add beauty and joy and reflect more of you into the earth. Because Asherah wasn’t only God’s wife. She is your body. And that dear loved one is the body that you are wearing today….
