This is the second article that I’m writing about Medusa. With most of the goddesses their original pictures of how they once looked have vanished. But with Medusa, even though a detail here and there might change her picture has always stayed the same. Coils or snakes around her head. The goddesses represent us and we represent the goddesses, so what do the coils around Medusa’s head represent?
Well feminine energy is in the shape of an s.
The answer as women is right in front of us. S the symbol above? You might know it as the Victoria’s Secret symbol when really it’s a “Snake” or an “S” inside the womb – with the V representing a woman’s velvet space.
What I’m going to say next might require a bit of trust because what I’m about to say most people can’t see it, so there’s no way to verify it and usually I stay quiet however sometimes quiet can be oppressive because no one can join.
I can see energies and auras of the divine feminine. And the more feminine energy a woman is, the more “S”‘s surround her. And I believe that’s what were being told with the pictures of Medusa, that she has a very feminine aura.
Now the closer a woman represents the divine feminine (and when I say this I mean both as a person but also energetically – like if a women were a perfume she is 100% pure feminine energy) the more she is demonized. And what are we told about Medusa?
We’re told about the life that she lived.
We’re told how she once was beautiful but she’s now a monster.
We’re told how hateful she is.
What are we told about feminine energy and the divine feminine?
The same thing.
In my experience even the women who are said to be “tapped in” to their spiritual gifts, once they meet a women who is the divine feminine, who is 100% feminine energy they demonize her.
They “Medusa” her.
Medusa’s story is in her picture.
And sometimes a picture is the best story that can ever be left.
